Returns Mattresses & Foundations (boxspring)
Please inspect your new mattress and foundation at the time of delivery. If there is a defect or a problem we will gladly take it back on the truck that day. You have the option of rescheduling a new delivery date or receiving a refund. For mattresses and box springs, we can only accept returns on the standard sizes of twin, full, queen, and king. All other sizes must be special ordered and cannot be returned, so please be very careful when ordering other sizes such as antique or short. Once the mattress and or foundation has been delivered and is in the home overnight no returns will be allowed. We do not offer comfort exchanges under any circumstance. Manufacturers only warranty for defect and do not take back mattresses that are too hard or too soft. This is a sanitary issue and we will not re sell used bedding or used furniture.
Returns Furniture and Bed frames
If after delivery or pick up there is a problem with your new furniture then please call 850-200-0595 for assistance. Any damaged parts or missing items will be replaced. Refunds
Refunds are only available to items that have not been shipped or delivered. Refunds on any credit card purchases will be credited onto the credit card used. Allow up to 10 business days from the time of refund for the credit to show up in your account. Cash or check payments will be refunded in the form of a check sent to the address and name on your sales receipt. Allow 7-10 business days from the time of refund for your check to arrive.
LOCAL RETURNS
The "local area" is generally limited to within 30 miles of our Pensacola warehouse. Anyone further away would be considered "nationwide." For our local customers, if you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase we can accept returns but only on unused, unopened items in their original packaging, within 10 days of purchase. Exceptions to the packaging policy must be approved before product is sent back to Mattress Clearance USA. For mattresses and box springs, we can only accept returns on the standard sizes of twin, full, queen, and king. All other sizes must be special ordered and cannot be returned, so please be very careful when ordering other sizes such as antique or short. Sheets and protectors can only be returned if they have never been removed from their packaging. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns on any pillows even if they are still in the original packaging.
On all returns, the customer will be responsible for all transaction and delivery fees in both directions plus a restocking fee of 10-25%. Orders that qualified for "free shipping" will be charged at the actual cost of shipping as incurred by Mattress Clearance USA. The fees and costs of returns will only be waived if the item is being returned due to a mistake made by Mattress Clearance USA. Mattress purchases will receive an in-store credit towards purchase of a new model. On returns that qualify for a refund, the amount will be credited only to the original payment method once product is received and inspected by Mattress Clearance USA.
NATIONWIDE MATTRESS RETURNS:
It is very expensive to ship something as large as a mattress, making returns very difficult. Returns are possible in special situations but please call us before placing your order if you are at all concerned about the possibility of returning your item.
EXCEPTIONS:
All exceptions to the return policies must be approved in writing before product is sent back. Please call us to ask questions.
